Various imaging procedures, including kidney MR angiography, play a leading role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of kidney tumors, and in the recognition of local spread and distant metastases.
Examination of kidney MR angiography may be required in the following cases:
- vasoconstriction,
- to diagnose varicose veins.
In addition to plain (native MRI) examination, the contrast-enhanced examination is also available.
