Breast MRI test is mainly used as an additional test to mammography and ultrasound tests to complete the results
mammograms or ultrasound.
Breast MRI can detect possible metastasis in the lymphatic system or suspected breast implants rupture.
Breast MRI scan may be necessary in the following cases:
- breast tumor
- other lesions
- checking the condition of breast implants
In addition to plain (native MRI) examination, the contrast-enhanced examination is also available.
